REGISTRATION FEES & NOTES

  • 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
  • All entries include a commemorative cotton casual race shirt.
  • Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday, March 27 or when the event is sold out.
  • An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the Swan City Spring Run.
  • All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.  VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
  • Your credit card statement will show a charge from “2026 Swan City Spring Run” for your online registration into this event.
  • By December 31, 2026 participants must be 12 years of age to participate in the 10K. Participants under 18 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting them to participate.
  • The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
  • A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
  • All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the policy below.
  • If the event cannot take place in 2026 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
    • Free entry in the 2026 Virtual Event OR;
    • Free entry deferral to the 2027 event less a $25 admin fee
  • If the event is postponed to a future date in 2026 the participant will have the following options:
    • Free entry in the newly scheduled 2026 event date OR;
    • Free entry in the 2026Virtual Run
    • As a condition of entry, the participant will agree to the Swan City Spring Run Rules and Policies.

COVID REQUIREMENTS:

We will be following the most current health guidelines.

Pricing Policy:

Please note – We intentionally create our price structure so EVERY runner can get a low price early season.   

Refund Policy:

The Swan City Spring Run does not provide refunds, credits or rollovers.

Their team will be with you every stop of the way with resources, advice and motivation!

HOW THIS WORKS

1. Register and pay a discounted entry fee of $25 to secure your spot!
2. Create a fundraising page and commit to raising a minimum of $250 by race day for our charity.

  • by registering for this category, you agree to fundraise a minimum of $250 for our charity.  If you do not meet the minimum 24hrs prior to race-day, you will be charged the difference to be able to participate in the event.
